ARE BERTUCCI’S MEATBALLS BEEF? ARE BERTUCCI’S MEATBALLS GLUTEN-FREE?

Bertucci’s meatballs are made from scratch daily with a blend of ground beef and ground sausage, with Italian ciabatta bread crumbs, buttermilk, eggs, onions, celery, Parmesan and Romano cheese and Italian herbs. Bertucci’s meatballs are not gluten-free or dairy-free.

Freshly prepared meatballs are served as a starter topped with house-made pomodoro & whipped ricotta. They are also the star of our Spaghetti & Meatballs pasta dish and a savory topping on our Meatball & Ricotta pizza. Find full Bertucci’s nutritional and allergen information here.

ARE BERTUCCI’S ROLLS VEGAN?

Yes! Bertucci’s famous freshly baked rolls and pizza dough are vegan friendly. We do not use any butter, shortening or animal by-products in our scratch made dough. Looking for a Bertucci’s vegan pizza? Our handcrafted tomato sauce topped with our brick-oven roasted vegetables is what Chef Rosario calls “vegan heaven.”
